Farm Fresh Eggs for Sale, $3.00 per dozen, Cedar City and Parowan Areas

Picture
These eggs are home grown, coming from hens raised on a homestead rather than in a large scale egg production plant. A study was conducted by Mother Earth News and they found the following benefits were achieved based on farm fresh eggs:
  •  1/3 less cholesterol
  • 1/4 less saturated fat
  • 2/3 more Vitamin A
  • 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids
  • 3 times more vitamin E
  • 7 times more beta carotene
I have also read that in store bought eggs there is much more LDL (bad) cholesterol than there is HDL (good) cholesterol where in farm fresh eggs, they are roughly equal. The results and data can be seen here: http://www.motherearthnews.com/uploadedFiles/Eggs%20chart.pdf
Call Michael Fletcher at 435-691-3036 or send an e-mail to Michael@entechsite.com to purchase the eggs. You will be glad you did.
It is nice to know that eggs grown on the farm on average are this much better for you. However, in reality the big difference is the look, texture, and most of all the taste. I have been raising my own chickens and therefore eggs for 5 years and simply said there is no egg on the market that matches home grown eggs for quality and taste. Even the highest price organic eggs available in health and specialty food stores are not the same quality as home grown farm fresh eggs.

Note, the color of farm fresh eggs will depend on the type of chicken being raised. The types of chickens that I own are Rhode Island Red and Golden Sex Link. These types of chickens do very well throughout the winter months as well as through the summer. We have consistently received 11 to 12 eggs a day from 15 chickens since they grew old enough to start laying eggs.

Testimonials

These eggs are like gold, these are REAL eggs, the inexpensive eggs that you buy at the store taste like they are fake.

Everything about your eggs indicate higher quality. The shells are thicker, the yolks are a deep golden color rather than a bland yellow and they stay rounded rather than flattening out like those of eggs from the store. There is just no comparison in the taste.
